dc.description	The article deals with interconnection between different types of world views, and the legal one is particularly stressed. To study it, it is firstly suggested to point out its definite aspect – scientific, naïve (common), national, individual, cultural. If for the reconstruction of the legal world view it is necessary to study the state of the legal science in the definite period of time, thus for the reconstruction of its naïve, individual or cultural part it is important to define the level of legal conscience in definite people or social groups. Literature – belle-letters, publicist, memoirs – as the fixed reflection of social conscience of the definite period of time can be the sources of this. The task can be solved with the help of the notion ‘world view’, in search for the cross-points of scientific and naive world views as they are represented in literal sources.	en
dc.description.abstract	У статті аналізується взаємозв’язки між різними видами картин світу, серед яких окремо виділяється правова. Для її вивчення пропонується по-перше, актуалізація її певного аспекту – наукового, наївного, національного, індивідуального, культурологічного. Якщо з наукової точки зору за для реконструкції правової картини світу необхідне вивчення стану правової науки в певний історичний період, то за для з’ясування її наївної (буденної), індивідуальної, або культурологічної складової важливим завданням стає вивчення рівня правосвідомості у конкретних людей, соціальних груп. Матеріалом для такого вивчення стають літературні джерела – художні, публіцистичні, мемуарні тексти як відображення суспільної свідомості конкретного історичного періоду. Таке завдання вирішується за допомогою поняття „картина світу”, а саме у пошуках перетинань наукової та наївної картин світу, як вони представлені у літературних джерелах.	en
