| Abstract: | Диссертация посвящена вопросу формирования криминалистического учения о лице, совершившем преступление. В работе усовершенствованы имеющиеся и разработаны новые теоретические положения, научно-практические рекомендации по вопросам изучения лица, совершившего преступление; создана целостная система аргументированных и логически взаимосвязанных научных знаний, описывающих и объясняющих закономерности возникновения информации о лице, совершившем преступление, а также закономерности поисково-познавательной деятельности субъектов по ее установлению, исследованию и использованию в практической деятельности; определены направления применения криминалистического учения о лице, совершившем преступление, в различных сферах. |
| Description: | The research is dedicated to the issue of developing forensic theory of the criminal offender. In the line of the research the existing methodology has been updated and new theoretical principles, together with scientific and practical guidelines on carrying out the investigation of the criminal offender have been articulated; the holistic system of substantiated and logically coherent scientific background describing and explaining the logic of the information related to the criminal offender genesis, as well as the logic of the search and cognitive activities of practitioners aimed at tracing, examining and using this information in practice has been created; new perspectives for application of the criminal offender forensic theory in different areas have been specified. |
