| Abstract: | Розглянуто особливості трактування сутності волонтерства як соціокультурного феномену, його ключові принципи й ознаки. Доводиться, що сьогодні актуалізується проблема визначення та аналізу політико-правових механізмів здійснення волонтерства в умовах кризового суспільства. Рассмотрены особенности трактовки сущности волонтерства как социокультурного феномена, его ключевые принципы и признаки. Доказано, что сегодня актуализируется проблема анализа политико-правовых механизмов осуществления волонтерства в условиях кризисного социума. |
| Description: | In the article the feature of interpretation of essence of volunteering as the sociocultural phenomenon, his key principles and signs are examined. Proved, that confession in society of sociocultural value of volunteering is one of the most important descriptions, that is fastened in consciousness of people. Comparing determinations volunteering that is offered to «western» and «east» scientific schools, an author distinguishes their differences. For the representatives of «east school» volunteering is determined by his value for society on the whole, and for representatives «western» – by a value for the members of different associations and volunteers. «Western» interpretations are based mainly on pragmatism. Their opponents demonstrate more social going near determination of volunteering. The author of the article underlines that the indicated variants not only does not contradict but also substantially complement each other, because key descriptions of volunteering it is been and acsiological, and social his constituents. There is objective meaning fullness of the phenomenon for society, understanding of social value of volunteer activity among the members of this social association, and also subjective estimations by the volunteers of value of activity through satisfying with her process and results. An author determines contradictions that arise up today in the real practice of volunteer activity in crisis society: – when volunteering gets external stimulation through activation of international organizations and funds, and the state aspires to control above the process of development of this phenomenon; – when a desire to «help a fellow creature», that goes from the soul hearts, runs into bureaucratization and pragmatic actions (for example, in realization of technologies of frandrysing) in the process of search of necessary resources; – when to volunteer activity people are brought over with the brightly expressed criminal motivation, and the state does not have levers (or desires of them to use) of counteraction to penetration of corruption in this motion. An author underlines that in modern Ukraine, forming of institutes of civil society goes a difficult enough way. These difficulties justify the necessity of comparative analysis of development of the investigated phenomenon, his consideration in the system of world and European tendencies with the purpose of exposure of specific of display of the phenomenon on four levels: world (global), state, regional and local. |
