| Abstract: | Монографії В.В. Леня «Осудність у кримінальному праві і законодавстві» та В.В. Леня і М.М. Книги «Примусові заходи медичного характеру: історія, стан, тенденції» є одними з небагатьох праць, присвячених проблемам осудності та примусовим заходам медичного характеру у кримінальному праві України. Аналіз юридичної літератури та правозастосування свідчить про високу наукову актуальність вивчення проблем осудності та неосудності. Наука кримінального права також вирізняється активністю дослідження цих проблем. |
| Description: | The article contains a review of criminal law studies by V. V. Lenya and N. N. Kniga that deal with problems related to the institution of sanity (insanity) and compulsory medical measures. Criminal law, criminological and criminal procedural aspects of the problem as well as questions of philosophy, general psychology and forensic psychiatry were analyzed. A positive assessment of the output of V. V. Lenya and N. N. Kniga monographies is done. The editions are devoted to the actual and interesting criminal law problem, contain author's vision of the problem, which gives impetus to the development of the science of criminal law on the issues of sanity and insanity. |
