| Abstract: | Розглядаються проблеми доступу до правосуддя населення у сільській місцевості. Визначено три групи таких проблем: територіальні, організаційні і економічні. Сформульовано пропозиції для вирішення проблем доступу до правосуддя людей, які проживають у сільській місцевості. Рассматриваются проблемы доступа к правосудию населения в сельской местности. Определены три группы таких проблем: территориальные, организационные и экономические. Сформулированы предложения по разрешению проблем доступа к правосудию людей, которые проживают в сельской местности. |
