Description: Studied language constructs as a reflection of everyday legal consciousness of society. Legal awareness society fixed by two major semantic content-forms: the first is the theoretical expression of justice and a language professional in the legal, the second - represents the everyday sense of justice as affordable for ordinary linguistic structures that presented in a humorous, witty interpretation. For the existence of rule of law is important both theoretically and daily justice. However, at the same time, the very nature of the legal society linked more with the horizontal social networks, self-organization process that updates the value it everyday consciousness. Casual justice represented in society speech consumer designs that do not require further explanation and perceived by man primarily on an emotional level. Determined correlativity of language constructs defined moral and legal nature and features of everyday sense of justice in the context of the legal existence of society. Legal awareness of man revealed through concrete actions, but it finds its expression in the language through which we express our attitude to certain events, actions, intentions. Throughout the history, Ukrainian people peacefully coexisted with other nationalities, reflected in proverbs aimed at the education of the human characteristics such as tolerance sense of justice, fairness, individualistically. The various social strata of the population receive signals coming from the intellectual elite or ruling concerning the right, but carry their own semantic interpretation perceived by simplifying them, translating into more understandable to the general public language constructs. It is alleged that the language constructs and community folk and artistic nature of fixed public perception of the legal values. Proverbs and sayings are unique example of people's perceptions of law, justice, freedom, morality. By studying the relationship of justice and everyday language, sayings and proverbs example, was used linguistic and philosophical paradigm that represents researcher E. Tugendhat. In his reflections on consciousness, he relies on the phenomenology of Husserl E., who singled out two main features of consciousness "flow experience" for which there is a basic concept of "experience" and "intentional" or "intentional experiences". As you know, the study of these qualities E. Husserl used the method of introspection. In turn, E. Tugendhat aims to show that the main factor in understanding the various manifestations of consciousness is not inner contemplation and linguistic criteria. Criticizing Huserlevska theory of consciousness, E. Tugendhat concludes that it is a necessary condition for the functioning of consciousness, consciousness issues directly related to language problems, and figure out the structure of consciousness can analyze how and what it says about. Consideration of language as a condition of possible intentional consciousness in a new way solves the problem of how to set the relationship between consciousness and objects of the external world. Position classical (Cartesian-Kantian) philosophy of mind based on that initial attitude toward the subject has extra-linguistic character. Another view advocates the philosophy of language by which to explain intentionality as the fundamental quality of consciousness, there is no basis for the idea, but based on the interaction of consciousness with language. Through language is constructing objects in their content determination. On this basis, it become possible representation. Ukrainian people have always lived the idea that the truth (or right) wins injustice. In the folklore of any people good triumphs over evil and justice prevails over manifestations of lawlessness. In turn, overcoming injustice, resolve any conflicts in the legal way is the substance of being the legal community.
