| Description: | The article deals with the analysis of actual Ukrainian legislation with the aim of the improvement of legal regulation of the protection of the territories and objects of the Ukrainian natural preserved fund. The shortcomings of the management system in the sphere of protection and using of territories and objects of the natural preserved fund are indicated. |
